My client, a major telecommunications company is looking for the below candidate for a project working on a Continuous Integration Tool.
Job description
- The assignment involves development of an integration tool for companies digital ASIC and FPGA projects.
- The goal is to develop a continuous integration tool and to make it a product that shall be used in company's ASICs and FPGAs.
- Project will start on the current prototype which should be updated, enhanced, verified and documented.
The work includes:
- Design planning.
- Design specification.
- Design implementation.
- Design verification.
- Software testing.
- Documentation.
- Proof of concept on an existing design.
The tool is developed in Perl and JavaScript. The successful candidate will be an expert in Perl Scripting.
Competence requirements
- Excellent Scripting skills in Perl.
- Experience in software testing.
Desirable - but not essential
- Experiences in working with JavaScript is a plus.
- Experiences in working with JSON is a plus.
- Knowledge about compiler development is a plus.
- Knowledge about Agile (Scrum) ways of working is a plus.
- Any knowledge of ASIC/FPGA verification methodology in general is a plus.
- Knowledge about formal verification is a plus.
