Scrum Master | 3 months Initial | Antwerp | Sharepoint, Sharepoint online, Drupal, PHP
Square One are looking for an experienced Scrum Master with technical knowledge of Sharepoint, working at a senior level for one of our major clients based just outside Antwerp for an initial 3 month contract.
To fulfil the following role:
Leads digital software development utilizing specialized knowledge and skills, while following approved Company standard policies and procedures (eg SDLC, Agile, IAPP, etc.). This role requires a knowledge of SharePoint 2007 and SharePoint Online, leadership and creativity to work within a large IT service delivery organization to drive business solutions.
Other digital technologies like PHP, Sympfony, JAVA and Drupal are an advantage.
Captures customer insights to improve digital software throughout delivery, and delivers continuous improvement recommendations to service owners. May conduct impact analysis on process/tools coming from new/enhanced services.
Performs assessments of customer demand and partners with order analysts to deliver estimates and quotes for digital software development
Will plan, schedule approved vendors to deliver the service. Will oversee the work of vendor resources throughout a project.
Will manage the AS budget for the delivery of the service and be responsible for reporting on service performance to leadership and customers.
May run service improvement initiatives.
May play scrum master role on specific projects, guiding team on Agile/Scrum frameworks. Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment
Technical skill set required:
Experience as scrum master
Technical knowledge of SharePoint
Corporate experience
Experience in working with both virtual and onsite teams
Experience with compliancy in projects
Energized and willingness to learn
Is able to find and implement process improvements
