Service Design - Berkshire/Bracknell - £350-£450 - 3 months+
My leading Telco client is looking for a number of Service Designers to join their team.
They are looking for contractors to start 1st November so candidates with notice periods are welcome!
The three main areas that the managers are looking for are strong service design experience as well as process development knowledge and Stakeholder management experience.
They have just had budget approved for projects under the Unified Communication umbrella so if you have experience within UC it would be a huge bonus.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Telco/System integrator experience - this is a MUST!
Someone who has either worked either with a system integrator (eg DiData) or another telco (eg Vodafone).
- Development:
Someone who has either worked in product development or customer deployments
- Process:
Individuals who have worked on process design and implementation in the past
- Expertise:
Someone with either good background in fulfilment or assure processes
- Communication:
We're always looking for good communicators - people who can bring sometime reluctant operational teams on the development journey with us, in both the UK and internationally.
- Unified Communications - This would be advantageous and not essential:
The Service Solution Designer will provide a step change in order to extend/complete strategic programmes proposition to deliver an end to end customer experience life cycle aligned with the brand and industry best practices.
