Senior Network Engineer

Contract - 1 year +
$50-55/hr
First shift - Mon - Fri
Must be able to interview onsite in Atlanta
Our client is requesting resumes for a position as a Data, Voice, and Video Network Operations Engineer to support our Network Management Systems along with support of large enterprise Network.
The key skill sets for the position include
1. FirePower Cisco Firewalls
2. F5
3. Telepresence
This position involves both special projects and support
Education: 4-year College Degree desired, preferably in Information Systems, Computer Science or
related field.
Experience Required:
10 years hands-on experience
Cisco and Alcatel-Lucent (NOKIA), Routers & Switches, Mobility
Firewalls (Cisco ASA, Cisco Fire Power (FTD)
Five Years hands-on
F5 (LTM, ASM, APM)
Cisco Telepresence
Cisco ISE
Scripting or coding
Ciena
CUCM
Infoblox
Aruba
Bradford
NNMI, NA, OO, Firemon, or related systems
Skills Required:
Strong problem solving skills, Routing protocols,
Good verbal and written communication skills
Strong teamwork ethic and customer support focus

The successful candidate will become a member of a Network Operations team within IT. The candidate's primary responsibility will be the day to day support of the Data, VOIP, and Signals running across the Network. The candidate will be expected to analyze complicated systems, document application standards, and assure high levels of stability, reliability, and availability of the production network environment, consistent with established change control policies and prescribed procedures. Will be part of an on-call rotation once every 2 months.
