Job Description

Experience delivering automated solutions to large enterprises (Fortune 500, FTSE 100 etc.)

Expert Windows Server/Desktop technologies

Expert Virtualisation technologies and techniques

Strong technical and business acumen to make recommendations when to buy' and when to develop' tools and solutions

Strong analytical and research skills

Ability to define metrics and end user based actions. High focus on self-heal, self-service heal and heretics.

Proficient in correlation and parameterization of machine data to achieve user emulation and profiling
-
Proficient in performance analysis, tuning and monitoring of end user technologies
-
Proficient with bottleneck isolation and diagnostics

Dashboard designing experience

Ability to engineer a solution and take it from POC to Production state

Technical documentation and presentation experience required

Excellent written/verbal communication, organization, presentation, and project management skills

Ability to troubleshoot & analyse software

Ability to work individually and within a highly collaborative team setting

Level3/Level4 engineering managing escalations
