Duties and responsibilities
1. Operational management, configuration and troubleshooting of Windows server and client OS and applications
2. basic knowledge of SCCM
3. expert knowledge of Windows MDOP components
4. knowledge of Windows DirectAccess
5. expert knowledge of Micosoft Office (main focus functionality and troubleshooting)
6. knowledge of Micosoft Exchange, Lync, Sharepoint
7. expert troubleshooting Windows systems (main focus client OS - secondary focus server Back End)
8. Basic Scripting capabilities (Powershell - VBScript)
9. basic knowledge of Application packaging
10. knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and ADFS
11. knowledge of Windows Remote App
12. knowledge of Appsense DesktopNow
13. Interaction with customer & power users

Skills and Experience:
Knowledge of SCCM 2012
Knowledge of Windows MDOP components, more specific: MBAM, Has to know how to install it.
Knowledge of UE-V, APP-V are a plus
Knowledge of Windows Direct Access Has to be able to explain what is it and to create a VPN Connexion
Basic knowledge of Powershell and VBScript
Knowledge of Appsense DesktopNow is strongly recommended
Min. 5 years experience with Windows desktop management (Windows )
Min. 5 years experience with Windows Server management (Windows )
Microsoft Certifications is an added value
Masterize troubleshooting and maintaining
Consolidation of documentation
Languages:
Very good knowledge of Dutch and English (understanding - speaken - writing)
