Parts Transfer Manager/Derby/4 Months Contract
Parts Transfer Manager required to join a leading British Defence and Aerospace company.
Overview
Achieve the successful creation of finalised drawings for each part transferred, with prices agreed, working with an integrated team.
Achieve a successful relocation of the manufacture of defined validated and equivalent part number/s in the defined timescale with no impact to delivery
Leading an IPT team to meet the project requirements. Gain approval through 3.2.5 gated process in line with project schedule
Prelaunch phase - Facilitate compilation of all required documentation to enable new sources to respond to RFQ in an informed way and gain Gate 0 approval to proceed including Tech packs (TP1), validation strategies, supplier capability metrics, an agreed detailed project charter and a draft business case.
Duration
The client has identified that the Parts Transfer Manager will be required initially for 4 months
Location
The Parts Transfer Manager will be required to work in Derby.
