Description

My client is looking for an motivated Full time Acceptance System Test Manager to plan and coordinate Non-functional and end to end tests of a new global Master Data Management Solution.

You will be part of a Quality assurance team in a Nordic Program focused on implementing a master data management solution with a strong focus on delivering business value in every delivery.

Your assignments main objectives will be to support the setup of new test environments, identify the best approach to test non-functional requirements and implement processes, methods and tools to facilitate the tests.

To reach your objectives you need to have a good understanding of ÍT infrastructure and m non-functional tests according to the quality attributes in FURPS+.

We expect you to be an experienced, driven and self-going test manager with history in software development projects.

You have documented competences and experience within one or more of the following areas:
- Capability to drive and execute Non-functional tests.
- Actively find and develop efficient processes and methods to test.
- Excellent understanding of requirements and testing of those.
- Good understanding of system tests and environments.
- Eager to develop and improve system test level processes and testing practises
- Understanding of Continuous Integration systems
- Understanding of FURPS+ quality attributes
- Experience in creation of synthetic test data.
- Understanding of masking production data.
- Root cause analysis experience

You are fluent in English and you are able to communicate with clarity, purpose and transparency in all you do.
