- Maintenance
- Client Services
- Software Licensing
- Experience with achieving significant initial cost reductions
- Develop effective cost reduction strategies and implementation plans
- Experience with making supply base decisions:
- Direct savings
- Consolidating company-wide purchasing volume
- Applying operational and commercial Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) levers to reduce cost
