SAP Business Change Manager - West France - 12 Months
My client is looking for a SAP Business Change Manager for a long term project based in the Western region of France.
Key Responsibilities:
The purpose of this role is to drive the required business change activities for a site to deliver a sustainable improvement aligned to the programme goals.
This includes delivering:
(a) All necessary changes prior to the client's systems implementation to align to capabilities, process and data standards
(b) Necessary changes during the deployment of the client's system, eg realised through training and education programmes
(c) Ongoing performance process to sustain and continuously improve performance and ensure standards are in place/in use after implementation of the system. Provide robust hand-over when the project ends.
Candidates must have experience in manufacturing environment.
