Position: Data Analyst III
Location: Columbia, SC
Duration: 12months +
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- (30%) Generates internal and external reports to support management in determining productivity and efficiencies of programs or operational processes. Revises existing reports and develops new reports based on changing methodologies.
- (30%) Analyses reports to ensure accuracy and quality. Tracks and verifies all reporting statistics.
- (20%) Communicates and trains employees and managers on the complex database programs used to generate analytical data.
- (20%) Designs, codes, and maintains complex database programs for the extraction and analysis of data to support financial and operational decisions.
DAILY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meet with I/S Management and identify Training data in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Framework Inventory, that would meet their business needs for making career development decisions.
- Provide guidance to the technical staff on gathering and reporting the data to management.
CANDIDATE TECHNICAL BACKGROUND:
- Research and Analysis experience (Required, 4 years)
- Strong Analytical skills. This is a MUST for this position. (Required)
- Understands databases and table relationships. (Required)
- Able to use Excel and other queries to collect, modify and report findings. (Required)
- Strong skills with Microsoft applications including Excel and Access. (Required)
