Description
As a Functional Analyst, you will be in charge analysing change requests and projects related to digital technologies. You will work closely together with the business and content teams for translating business requirements into high-quality, appealing web pages.
Job:
- Functional Specifications (translate business requirements in functional specifications)
- Data coordination (Creating, Updating, Documenting and Maintaining our data in our Content Management, Ecommerce, CRM and ERP system)
- Functional testing (define test scenarios, provide structured feedback)
- Process Optimisation and Implementation (make suggestions)
- Internal and External communication (user manuals, central repository)
Profile:
- Strong interest for internet technologies and web development
- Good knowledge of Content Management System Implementations
- Knowledge of UML, Use case descriptions
- User Interface knowledge
- Experience with testing processes
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum framework
- Fluent in English
