Description

Location: Beerse
Job type: Telecom and Security
Responsibilities:
Performs the User Acceptance Tests of the company Cloud product (end-2-end, individual enhancements, LQT/bug fixes), in close collaboration with the IT Validation lead
Accepts the solution after each development sprint and is the key person to decide on the GO/NO GO of each release
Translates and communicates the IT release notes into comprehensive updates (PPTs) for the business user (by means of bi-weekly updates)
Updates the functional catalogue with newly developed capabilities (including new enhancements on the roadmap (CAB approved))
Drives the Local Quality Test (LQT) meetings with the opcos (weekly calls and dedicated country war room sessions (F2F))
Manages all materials on the JMC SharePoint environment (in a structured and logic way)
Captures new enhancement requests and allocates them to one of the three Business Champions (Events, Services, CMS, UX)
Technical skills:
Excellent knowledge of Content Management Systems (Drupal) - experience as webmaster in a multi-country setup
Experience with HPALM (or other testing software) is a plus
Excellent communication & training skills (both via WebEx and in person (class room setup))
Excellent documentation skills (capable to translate technical user manuals to real business user material)
Experience to work in a matrix organisation, able to manage a high number of stakeholders and capable to combine the testing and training role
Availability: between 80-100 %
Time frame, between October 2016 and the end of June 2017 (depending on project evolvement)
Co-location is key: expected to be F2F in Beerse on 3 days/week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) to drive co-creation with full team
Limited travel (occasionally within Europe for 1-2 max) - Limited/no option to work remotely
