Content Manager

Do you have experience managing content and analysing traffic to major E-commerce sites?

Do you want to be part of a team driving growth with a major international fashion brand?

Do you have proven expertise working with marketing, CRM and copywriters/photographers to deliver top level content?

The role: Content manager across the company's luxury fashion brand sites and catalogues

Location: Central London with extensive European travel

Start date: November 2016

Duration: 3-6 months initially although the role is expected to be long term

Rate: £ per day with expenses payable for travel outside London

To be shortlisted for the job of Content and Traffic Manager you will demontrate your ability to
Plan, brief, manage and upload content on 10 company sites, with full localisation of non-English locales
Manage and continuously improve the process of publishing digital assets, from concept to effective delivery
Liaise with internal teams to create and upload eCommerce catalogue data including product descriptions, meta data, attributes and photography, whilst optimizing for the best customer journey
Manage the Digital Production Co-ordinator to ensure product photography is delivered on time and to the highest standards
Work with internal and external teams to ensure efficient use of the in-house photography studio
Work with internal and external teams to ensure translated and trans-created content is delivered on time and to the highest standards
Use content management system (Demandware) to update website content
Update all legal content, such as copyright, data protection and legislation as necessary
Use analysis tools to report on content usage and engagement
Carry out quality assurance checks on content
Work closely with project manager and developers to deliver any new functionalities

English is required as a first language. Second and/or third languages will give you a real advantage. In particular, Italian, French, Spanish or German are very useful.
