My exclusive client are currently searching for an experienced Cloud Strategy Consultant to join on an interim contract basis, providing full Consultancy on their Cloud & Virtualisation operations. The successful Consultant will a strong IT Infrastructure background, with a strong track record of providing on-site Consultancy to large organisations. This role is based in Central London, with an immediate start required.Role & Responsibilities
- Help define Cloud strategy and create Cloud Governance models
- Provide expertise in the definition, design & implementation of enterprise architecture strategies
- Assist Cloud Architects to design AWS architecture
- Helping analyse and migrate their existing applications to the cloud
- Provide hands-on technical expertise when required on key projects
- Lead the Cloud migration programme that will impact on the whole organisation
Candidates will have:
- 10+ years experience in the IT Industry
- Extensive track record of providing on-site Consultancy to large organisations
- Knowledge of infrastructure components and virtualisation technologies
- Considered a 'guru' in cloud technology
- Highly motivated and proactive leadership skills and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Capable of working directly with key stakeholders (Board level)
- Bachelor's degree or other relevant industry accreditation
