My Client a global technology Company is looking for a tenacious individual motivated to lead go-to-market initiatives and promotion with their most strategic commercial partners. You will be responsible for ensuring these partners are most successful on their modern platform by growing consumption of their targeted applications and solutions that drive and accelerate the cloud platform. In this role, you will have the opportunity to continually adapt your efforts to deliver the most compelling marketing and promotional activities of 3rd party solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership skills with a combination of sales, product marketing and partner management expertise.

In this role, you would be responsible for:
* Managing top partner promotion and go-to-market strategies to strengthen partnership connections
* Creating a strategic GTM plan for your partners to create a high quality and unique partnership experience
* Driving a detailed co-sell execution plan targeted at enterprise customer base in coordination with account teams and the partner's sales organisation
* Creating industry focused GTM strategies that support partner and segment growth
* Collaborating closely with local marketing, customer segments, and partner organisations to drive discoverability and awareness of the partner solutions you manage, both locally and into any relevant regions worldwide
* Promoting top partners in all outbound and inbound marketing opportunities (ie web, marketplace, advertising, social, cross-regional promotion)
* Driving promotion and adoption of partner's application through the Azure Marketplace, AppSource and Office Store
* Delivering ongoing market, trend identification, and competitive insights to the organisation
* Driving partner satisfaction through surveys and various channel feedback mechanisms
* Collaborate with Corporate GTM organisation to share insights and experience that will help scale best practices
* Having exceptional professionalism and executive presence in dealing with both internal and external senior leaders

The ideal candidate will have:
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing, sales, and/or partner management
* Strong understanding of mobile and cloud computing technologies, business drivers, and emerging trends
* Strong network building capabilities across senior executives between Microsoft and our strategic partners
* Exceptional leadership skills and community building
* Proven record of growing new businesses and building business relationships with senior executives
* Deep understanding of EPG, SMS&P and PS segment sales organisations
* Previous experience of working within the Financial Services sector
* Results driven; strong analytical skills with exceptional verbal and written communication
* Exceptional decision-making, conflict resolution, negotiation skills, and follow through
* Qualified Degree (Bachelor in Business, Engineering or equivalent) required; Graduate degree in Business preferred

This individual will need to demonstrate success in developing growth strategies and transforming them into execution. This position also involves a large amount of exposure to senior management and requires the ability to communicate concisely and consistently.
