IT Support (Web Analytics)We are currently recruiting for our client, a dedicated and disruptive innovation driven software application company, for a IT Support (Web Analytics) to join their business in Cambridge.
Position Title: IT Support (Web Analytics)
Position Type: 11 month fixed term contract
Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities:
- Providing technical support, system troubleshooting, responding and handling of service requests.
- Ensuring analytics tag implementation, QA and conduct training sessions.
- Liaise and maintain strong relationships with all key liaisons (web agencies, web production teams, operations, regional marketing and product managers).
- Analysing business requirements from all key liaisons.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of Front End Development Languages (HTML5, CSS3, Javascript)
- Experience in developing and managing websites
- Experience using Google Analytics, Webtrends or Adobe Omniture tools
- Computer science degree preferred
- Team player with good written and verbal communication skills
