Description
We are looking for an audio/visual tech for a long term contract role with our healthcare client in Newark, DE. They will be supporting the in-room entertainment systems for an entire hospital with 600+ units throughout. They will respond to tickets in-person in patient rooms, and troubleshoot the entertainment system. They will also take steps to proactively fix issues that have not been reported and escalate issues when appropriate.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience in technical troubleshooting or support
- Willingness to work in a hospital environment, interacting directly with patients
- Ability to travel to different locations as needed (local travel)
