Oracle Functional Consultant, PeopleSoft Absence Management, HCM
Belgium | 3-6+ month contract | English (and Dutch or French) Speaking | Immediate start
On behalf of my client, I am searching for a Functional PeopleSoft Absence Management Consultant. One should have the ability to speak English and either French or Dutch.
Applicants must have:
- 3+ years hands-on experience as implementer or an equivalence of 5 years as a key user with Absence Management;
- Experience with setting up absence takes, entitlements and supporting elements
- Familiarity with the organizational, processing and calendar framework
- Flexibility to travel
- Client facing ability
Applicants will:
- Be involved in each phase of a PeopleSoft HCM implementation
- Take up various roles during an implementation stage, including: analyst, tester, configurator and customisation designer
- Give presentations, demonstrations and training to clients
- Configure the design into the system
