Windows Application Support Analyst
We have a requirement for a number of contractors to join a government lead digital transformation project.
You will be supporting around 150 in-house applications which are split between 15 teams, the only experience you need is to have worked in a support position for applications running on Windows.
Once you join, there will be a knowledge transfer period where you will be brought up to speed with the in-house apps .millions of people will be counting on you to make sure this applications are all running and any problems are escalated.
Configuration and admin experience would add weight to your application, as would experience of support cloud based applications.
You will be expected to be on call on some weekends/evenings etc, but you wont need to physically be in the office (for on call).
Contracts are likely to run for at least a year, possibly longer.
