Description
A Renewable Energy client is looking for a Consultant to work as a Construction (CDM) Design & Management Consultant to work in their London Office.
The CDM will be required to produce CDM Documentation, and directly support the AIM project managers. We are looking for a Consultant who can start this role ASAP up until 28th February 2017 with the possibility of extending further thereafter. Hours of work will be 5 working days per week.
Responsibilities:
The project will be split into two. One work stream will cover the creation of documentation to operate its O&M activities and the other will be to support the project managers when planning and carrying out activities on operational sites.
The Consultant must be a competent person in order to carry out the duties below:
- Advise the PM of their responsibilities under CDM and who the key duty holders are
- Write the CPHSE plan
- To provide support when required
- NEBOSH Certificate
The Consultant must bring his/her PC with MS Office 2007 software and mobile telephone
