Configuration Manager - Freelance - Brussels
A freelance opportunity for an experienced Configuration Manager based in Brussels.
Our client is looking to hire a Service Management Consultant with proven experience in Configuration Management.
You'll ideally have experience in the setup, implementation and maintenance of a logical data model.
You'll develop the logical data model of the Configuration Management database. You'll implement and maintain this data model in the service management tool.
You'll populate the central Configuration Management Database with items from local databases. You'll create the service map and develop control mechanisms and key performance metrics.
Key Skills & Experience
- Trilingual - English, French and Dutch
- ITIL Foundation Certification
- Configuration Management experience
