Job Title: Technical Infrastructure Project Manager
Scope of the project – Client is doing a Rollout of Windows 10 on 9,000 users across 54 locations. They are looking for a technical Project Manager who can carry out a Proof of concept to generate a understanding of the size of the project. Then have the technical aspect in a Windows roll-out to carry out the project.
Responsibilities:
• Carry out a Proof of Concept to get a good understanding of the size of the project and what is required.
• After gathering the information from the Proof of Concept, act as Project Manager leading a team of engineers, rollout team and help desk team to proceed with the Roll-out of Windows 10 across 9,000 users in 54 locations.
• The roll-out will be carried out on existing hardware
• The client is using SCCM but is not sure what release they will be using. Active Directory is ready.
Requirements:
• The candidate should have experience of a Windows roll-out in the past (does not have to be a Windows 10 roll-out)
• Experience on the Technical side, but also in the functional side, in managing teams and projects.
• Good all-round infrastructure capabilities
• English speaking
