My client, a fast-growing and digital education company and home to the world's largest online community of teachers, with 7.9 million registered users, who have been supporting educators worldwide for over 100 years are looking for a CRM Platform and Campaigns Executive on a 6 month contract.
The CRM Platform and Campaigns Executive reports to the Global Head of CRM, and is primarily responsible for the management of marketing technology platforms and associated integrations. These include, but are not limited to, the Marketing team's use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SurveyMonkey, Formstack and ExactTarget for email campaigns.
The key responsibilities of this role are:
Carry out infrastructural work related to the maintenance and on-going improvement of the digital platforms used by the Marketing team
Manage company use of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud's life cycle-based functionality and associated campaigns
Schedule and manage the creation and deployment of digital communications such as emails, forms and surveys; related tasks may include HTML creation, email Scripting, SQL queries, audience segmentation and quality control and using ExactTarget.
Lifecycle campaign reporting and analysis, with emphasis on integrating consistent campaign tracking, translating data analysis into actionable marketing insight recommendations and presentations to be presented to business stakeholders
Management of all email subscriber data; import and segmentation using a combination of Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools and database queries, maintaining data security at all times and adhering to best practices
Conduct quality assurance reviews and other activities to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of email deployments
Person specification:
- Extensive years of relevant experience in interactive marketing with a significant period in email marketing
- Extensive experience of working with databases
- Experience translating data analysis into actionable marketing recommendations and presentations
- Thorough knowledge of ExactTarget/Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Substantial digital marketing experience
- Previous relevant experience in a CRM/email marketing role
- High proficiency with HTML, CSS, SQL
- Strong knowledge and demonstrable implementation experience of email life cycle campaigns
- CRM/ESP system knowledge with experience of integrations with associated technology systems
- Expertise in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Proficiency in handling and analysing data
- Thorough knowledge of email marketing and associated areas, such as list growth, segmentation, deliverability, creative development, analytics and data security
- Good understanding of database maintenance and single customer view
