Front End developer
One of my leading financial services clients in Amsterdam is urgently seeking a Front End developer for a contract based in Amsterdam.

The Front End developer will perform the following responsibilities
As an engineer you will develop applications within the complex. We use state-of-the-art applications and work with the latest Java-based systems.
- Refining;
- Designing;
- Developing/Building;
- Testing;
- Assuring quality;
- Aftercare.
The Front End developer will IDEALLY HAVE AT LEAST 65% of the following skills:
- Software engineering experience in large organizations;
- You are able to develop efficient and maintainable code in a complex environment;
- As developer you have strong knowledge of Javascript (callbacks, functions, objects);
- Working knowledge on DOJO toolkit, architecture and NodeJS;
- Some working knowledge on Raphaël.
- Knowledge of other frameworks like AngularJS/JQuery;
- Knowledge of rest architecture and browser plugins for testing (eg. advanced REST Client);
- Good knowledge of infrastructure & Middleware (eg Linux, web- and application-Servers, databases, networks, Firewalls, Proxy-Servers);
- Familiarity with tools like Confluence, Jira, Eclipse, Crucible, Fortify, SVN/Git, Jenkins, Maven, Selenium, etc;
- Work experience in an Agile organization and you have proven Agile mindset and behaviour.
