At least 6 years of experience in an agile IT organization.
At least 4 years of experience as agile coach (not only as scrum master)
Experience with Lean within IT is seen as an added value
Experience as trainer is an added value
Mandatory Experience with Jira
Experience with DevOps
Scrum
Kanban
Preferable N/A
Mandatory.
Preferable Experience in financial domain is an added value
