Senior Associate Brand Manager/Maidenhead/6 months Contract/Up To £41 Per Hr
To lead development and implementation of a number of marketing and in-store activities across the clients Baby GFO to drive growth in sales & market share.
Working closely with the brand, in-store and commercial teams to ensure effective implementation of the brand marketing strategies both ATL & BTL.The candidate must have strong interpersonal skills to ensure buy-in' and commitment from sales and the wider cross-functional brand team as well as strong executional experience.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the launch of strategically important NPD across the Baby GFO for the UK market
- Working closely with supply chain teams to ensure on time delivery of stock
- Creating product toolkits
Lead management of all marketing elements for specific campaigns both ATL & in-store
- Developing briefs & briefing external agencies
- Creating and adapting assets for use ATL & in-store
- Managing multiple experiential activities
- Day to day management of key in-store and media related activities
- Ensure work is delivered on time and within budget.
- Interpret data and analyse results with clear recommendations on how to enhance campaign performance
Experience/Skill Requirements
- Degree standard
- Commercial understanding
- Can do attitude, with ability to influence and work in a collaborative way.
- Proven implementation ability with in-store implementation experience ( ideally in the UK)
- Analytical use of data.
- Proactive and results driven - brings new ideas to the table & not afraid to try something new.
- Good interpersonal skills, able to influence management and other senior stakeholders.
- Strong sense of urgency with the ability to manage multiple activities at one time.
