Marketing Analyst - R, SQL, Tableau - Contract - London - Immediate start
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well-known Retail client in London.
Day to day responsibilities will include;
* Customer segmentation: Segmenting customers based on their sports preferences using k-means. Code is written in the R programming language & SQL (PL/SQL & Amazon Redshift).
* Marketing mix modelling: Responsible for developing the SQL/R code for pulling data from the company's data warehouse, transforming data sent from various sources into simple CSV files using excel functions and macros.
* Responsible for performing exploratory data analysis (summary statistics, visualizations using ggplot2, manipulate packages and also plyr, dplyr, tidyr and other packages) on the marketing data to identify possible mistakes and outliers, and then finally developing the models using regression methods (OLS, Bayesian Regression) in R.
* Developing a tool using Shiny for helping CRM with using the segmentation for campaign planning.
* Creating & maintaining dashboards, using Tableau, around the segmentation and other BAU models.
* Automating BAU models and standardizing code by creating appropriate functions, mainly in R.
Strong proficiency in R, SQL and a Visualisation tool (Tableau, Qlikview) are essential for this role.
