Description
Provide functional expertise to support the implementation of the Oracle P2P solution, defining detailed operational processes and tasks to support production of detailed work instructions and inform design of Forms Support. Process Leads in implementation meetings with business stakeholders to define detailed processes. Ensure documentation is catalogued, version-controlled and stored in repository for access by trainers and testers, and follows the agreed documentation standards at all times. Work with IT and 3rd party suppliers to ensure interfaces are operating efficiently (eg OCR). Support change management and engagement activities by describing future working practises in a business-friendly manner to stakeholders. Provide Oracle functional expertise to assist data migration activities. Input into tasks required and their subsequent delivery of cutover to live, joining up business and technical deployment activities, working with SI partner. Support development and documentation of testing requirements. Support UAT and training.
