Job Description
* Responsible for establishing and executing project management procedures, especially risk management procedures, to deliver projects within scope, budget and time.
* Drives operational project risk management with all respective Project Teams by continuously enforcing adherence to the risk management process, reviewing risk evolution over time, facilitating and challenging the risk assessment and ensuring appropriate reporting and documentation.
* Accountable for the maintenance of project risk registers and risk documentation according to the companies including enforcing of risk contingency management and linkage to project plans

Must Haves
* At least 2 years of experience in project management using standard processes (e.g. PMI, Agile)
* At least 1 year of experience in product development in an international matrix organization, preferably in the healthcare or IVD industry
* Demonstrated applied project risk management expertise, preferably using relevant tools (e.g. ARM)
* Experience in process improvement and optimization, LEAN methodology knowledge preferred
* Skilled at managing, influencing, and challenging peers and stakeholders in a matrix organization
* Ability to prioritize, plan and manage multiple tasks with a sense of urgency
* Thinks through problems clearly and logically
* Escalates critical topics in a timely and appropriate manner
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships in a multi-cultural, cross-functional environmentAbility to communicate effectively (fluently, eloquently, concisely) in English and German
* University degree or equivalent in a scientific or engineering field, or alternatively a technical training with equivalent work experience Certified PMP® (or equivalent) preferred
* English - Proficient
* German - Advanced
