Description:
Provide day to day support to end-users in support tools (eg.: files not transmitted from/to bank, issues with reconciliation, configuration of master data, reproduction of end-user issues, small enhancements), contribute to deployment projects for group subsidiaires (Customizing guide, Functional Design, Business Process, Training material, Status, Cutover plan), participate to upgrade projects
Knowledge of payments (eg: corporate treasury side), Knowledge of bank communication, Knowledge of KTP application if possible
Knowledge of Diapason application if possible
