6 month plus contract for a Siebel Contractor. Candidates need to have the following experience:
Implement the Siebel IP 16 Contact Module in order to better manage their relationships with current and new government contacts, as well as community relations contacts. This will replace the current method of stringing emails and notes together, and would allow them to find all messages/notes associated with a contact with a quick search. They need to be able to collectively record and manage all contact interactions and engagements in one central repository.
Additional Skills:
The Siebel Configurator Developer is in charge of implementing all the user interface components of the CRM for Public affairs application including screens, views, Applets, links, joins, MVG, pick Applets, etc. He/She is responsible of implementing all the business rules in the application using Scripting, business rules, run time events, etc. In addition, he/she will responsible for the integration of Siebel IP16 and MS Outlook.
Skills:
Expert knowledge of Siebel application architecture,Siebel Configuration, Siebel Scripting, Workflow, EAI, EIM, Web services and Siebel security.
Experience in Siebel Open UI
experience with Siebel configuration including Applets, Views, Screens, Business Components, Joins, Links, PickLists, user properties, etc.
Experience with Siebel eScripting, business services, workflows, run time events and personalization Well versed in Siebel 8.x Call Center and Sales applications.
Candidates must be willing to work onsite
