Web Applications Project Manager - Pharma, Digital Health Solutions

Leading global pharmaceutical company require a Web Applications Project Manager for a long-term contract based in Belgium. The initial contract will be 18 months with potential for extension. Pharma/HCP experience is required.

ROLE:

- Drives the roll-out of existing (developed) services on Cloud to the operating companies in collaboration with Deployment Leads (BUSS & Technical)
- Drives the creation of new services as part of the 2017 Services roadmap (and potential new enhancements coming up)
- Creates user stories for these new services, by conducting in depth investigation on the subject (discovery)
- Collaborates with a group of experts in the operating companies and EMEA functions towards the ultimate business requirements (final decision maker)
- This collaboration happens via regular calls and (if needed) F2F meetings
- Defines acceptance criteria and works with the Web/Drupal solution designer towards a final solution, ready for development
- Communicates back to the project team, status of developed services towards implementation (collaboration with EMEA Deployment Lead)
- Communicates back to the project team, the latest status of the roadmap (and potential changes made)
- Works with the EMEA Test lead on the User Acceptance Testing (confirms solution developed is according to the acceptance criteria)
- Develops communication/training materials to all stakeholders, prior to release to production

Services out of scope: event digitization, CMS and UX

PROFILE:

- Good insights of the pharma business, the needs of an operating company in terms of web solutions/services
- Experience with digital health solutions for HCPs
- Experience of healthcare compliance is a plus (restricted access to content/data)
- Good communication skills (EN) - able to present/demo/promote the service/solution to a broad audience
- Availability: between 80-100 % (potential to split developed services and roadmap services between two people)
- Time frame, from October 2016 towards Q4 2017 (depending on project evolvement)

Limited travel (occasionally within Europe for 1-2 max)
Limited option to work remotely (potentially Monday or Friday)
