Maximo Education And Training Lead
Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a Maximo Education And Training Lead.
The Maximo Education and Training Lead will work as part of the Business Change team but fully mobile in order to visit the client locations as needed. They will lead on all aspects of training for the transformation of work and asset management.
The role requires:
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Credible experience in training; a focus on training field force personnel as part of a major transformation programme
- Project management skills including planning, risk management, communications skills and teamwork
- Ability to create quality deliverables within strict time constraints (eg training approach, TNA, course material)
- Availability to work on client site 5 days per week
- Leading client personnel in training design and delivery activity
