Description
for a key global client as part of their ongoing SAP AMS project we are looking for a SAP BW/BI developer.
Please find details below:
* Role: SAP ABAP BW/BI Developer
* Location: Wroclaw (Poland)
* Start: November 2016 (flexible)
* Duration: 6 months initially (options to extend), Full time
* Language: English + local language (Conversational or Fluent German is an advantage)
Details:
* You will be providing 1st line support.
* Assisting in IT Department projects
* Maintaining the firm's asset management system
* Answering telephone calls made to the ICT helpdesk.
* Whenever possible providing solutions over the telephone or via remote desktop, or if necessary visiting the user's Workstation, or asking an alternative member of the support team to assist
* Provide ICT support quickly and efficiently. Keeping users informed of any problems that may delay the provision of a solution
* Minimum 2 years ABAP BW experience
* Previous AMS experience is an advantage
