THE ROLE:
The tasks to be performed by the UML Developer will likely include the following: Transform available information related to business processes in UML diagrams with tools such as Enterprise Architect or compatible.
Organize the UML Diagrams in a coherent structure that allows them to be loaded into DOORS, Enterprise Architect or ARIS.
Optionally, Develop UI wireframe models for the new system in order to visualize the process from input to output. Tools currently used are Balsamiq and Antetype, but other tools may be evaluated.
QUALIFICATIONS:
The consultancy support for this work requires a UML Developer with the following qualifications:
1. The candidate has at least five years of working experience in the area of Information Technology, of which two in the area of UML development
2. The candidate has thorough understanding of requirements engineering, UML diagrams and
3. The candidate is proactive and not afraid to ask questions.
4. The candidate is well able to document the current situation and the way forward.
5. The candidate has a customer focussed attitude, sets high standards for quality and quantity; monitors and maintains quality and productivity; works in a systematic, methodical and orderly way.
6. The candidate speaks and writes fluent English since the work is conducted in English
7. The candidate has a NATO SECRET security clearance, provided by the national security organization valid at the time of submission of the bid covering the period of the requirement.
8. Practical experience in the following areas is also desired: - User Interface development experience.
