Description

We are looking for one Back Office IMS engineer with experience from Ericsson IMS nodes CSCF, HSS, TSS, EMA, SBG etc and from mobile telecom.

Main responsibilities:

  • Preparing of Change management Low Level Design, including providing valuable technical inputs in the interface between High Level Design and LLD.
  • Level-3/Level-4 level fault restoration and configuration (Incident & Problem) management of work delegated.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of design practices and network implementation process
  • Act as contact point for incidents from various functions like NOC, CC etc
  • Ensure Back Office operations services are delivered according to contract, SLA and contribute to customer satisfaction.
  • Emergency restoration procedure and processes oriented.
  • Prepares Incident/Root Cause Analysis reports.
  • Coordination with relevant departments for technical and management issue resolution and timely escalations.
  • Preparing operation reports and dashboard.

Qualifications:

  • Operator or Vendor related hands-on experience of minimum 5 years (preferable experience from multi vendor environments).
  • Working level experience on Ericsson IMS nodes, including: CSCF, HSS, TSS, EMA, MTAS, MMAS, SCCAS, ECE etc.
  • Good understanding and experience on equipments like, SBC (Acme Packet), TMO (Emblacom), VU8020 (Enghouse), IMS Routers, Broadworks applications Servers and Albatross solutions etc.
  • Good understanding and work experience of Unix, Windows, SIP, ISUP and TCP/IP.
  • Good understanding and working experience on interface between different IMS network elements.
  • Good knowledge in Mobile Telecom (2G,3G,4G), VoLTE and developing technologies in Telecom
  • Focused to knowledge sharing and developing new resources
  • Good in analytic and investigation technique
  • Computer and general IS/IT knowledge and general programming skills.

Base location can be Stockholm, Karlskrona or Karlskoga (Sweden)
