For one of our healthcare clients we are looking for a Windows 10+ Incident Support Coordinator.

Location: Madrid

Our client is launching the project for the global Windows 10 migration and is seeking support for the project.

The following items will be upgraded:

Windows 7 - Windows 10

Internet Explorer 10 - Internet Explorer 11

Microsoft Office 2010 - Microsoft Office 2016

Your responsibilities:

. Coordinate and technical support of incidents/feedback in the platform provisioning stream of the Windows 10+ project

. management of the Early Adopters/Pilot and hypercare period as well as supporting the IE11 rollout in Windows 10+ project.

. Work closely with all Windows 10+ project streams

. Coordinate & support the Windows 10 users on the technical image (pilot and Hypercare period)

. Process strategy for technical Windows 10 image (support, staging,...)

. Support for Early adopters

. Support and incident management for the IE11 rollout

. Coordinate platform provisioning mailboxes

. Maintain list of open requests, issues and feedback that require following up

. SPOC for RSC's (2nd level support) and other project stream on the matters explained above

Requirements:
. Experience in End User Support

. Fluent in Spanish and English - High proficiency in working virtually is a must

. You have a deep technical knowledge and experience in at least three of the following technologies:

. Internet Explorer management, Java and application compatibility

. Operating Systems (Windows 7,10)

. Microsoft System Center

. Hardware and devices management

. Previous Pharma experience
