Incident Support Coordinator with extensive knowledge in Windows 10 wanted for our client in the pharmaceutical sector.
Your experience/skills:
- Proven expertise in End User Support
- Excellent knowledge and extensive experience in at least three of the following technologies:
- Internet Explorer management
- Java and application compatibility
- Windows 7,10
- Microsoft System Center
- Hardware and devices management
- Languages: fluent English and Spanish both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Working closely with all Windows 10+ project streams
- Coordinating and supporting the Windows 10 users on the technical image
- Conducting support and incident management for the IE11 rollout
- Coordinating platform provisioning mailboxes
- Maintaining list of open requests, issues and feedback that require following up
- 2nd level support and other project stream on the matters explained above
