Description

Incident Support Coordinator with extensive knowledge in Windows 10 wanted for our client in the pharmaceutical sector.

Your experience/skills:

  • Proven expertise in End User Support
  • Excellent knowledge and extensive experience in at least three of the following technologies:
    • Internet Explorer management
    • Java and application compatibility
    • Windows 7,10
    • Microsoft System Center
    • Hardware and devices management
  • Languages: fluent English and Spanish both written and spoken

Your tasks:

  • Working closely with all Windows 10+ project streams
  • Coordinating and supporting the Windows 10 users on the technical image
  • Conducting support and incident management for the IE11 rollout
  • Coordinating platform provisioning mailboxes
  • Maintaining list of open requests, issues and feedback that require following up
  • 2nd level support and other project stream on the matters explained above
