Description
Our client is looking for a senior network reporting analyst to join the operations team supporting their new Next Generation Network.
Ideal candidates will be highly proficient in reporting skills such as Tableau, Excel, SQL, Perl, Access, MDSL, etc. A good understanding of IT networks and the key metrics associated with them (bandwidth, latency, utilisation, availability, TEM, etc) would be advantageous.
Our client requires the analyst to initially:
- Develop reporting requirements
- Plan/design/build/test reporting prototypes in Tableau for circuits
- Develop data quality plan
- Provide knowledge transfer and training
- Develop plans to integrate/automate/implement/deploy reporting
- Design associated process/procedure capabilities and roles
The analyst will then continue to:
- Maintain reporting requirements
- Implement, maintain, update and support Tableau reports
- Execute data quality plans and drive quality of circuit data
- Produce monthly trend reports and analyst commentary
