Our client, a major investment bank are seeking a Master Agreement Negotiator.
Role
The role is responsible for producing, negotiating and following documentation:
ISDA Master Agreements (1992 and 2002 versions)
Credit Support Annex (English Law)
Bespoke FX agency letters
Confidentiality agreements
Bespoke give-up agreements
Global Master Repurchase Agreements
Stock lending Agreements (GMSLA, GESLA and OSLA)
EFET Agreements
The role primarily involves the drafting of ISDA Master Agreements and Credit Support Annexes, but you may also be asked to negotiate Global Master Repurchase Agreements and Global Master Securities Lending Agreements.
Criteria
Master agreements documentation and legal experience - ISDA knowledge
Strong communication skills - able to liaise with hedge funds insurance companies etc umbrella agency agreements - Repos stock lending
Able to communicate effectively within the team
Duration
The client has identified that the Master Agreement Negotiator will be required initially for 6 months
Location
The Master Agreement Negotiator will be required to work in London.
