Oracle Datawarehouse/Investment Management Warehouse IMW Consultant
Our client has developed its own Data Warehouse; Investment Management Warehouse (IMW) that form's part of its market leading, buy-side technology solution; Dimension. We are working with a leading Swiss Asset Manager on a global implementation of Dimension and have not yet begun work on the design and configuration of DWH structures to hold our client's data into IMW. This however, is a major part of the programme delivery and we need support (in addition to internal resources) to design and implement a solution. The Data Warehouse Consultant needs to be a true SME in the field of Data Warehousing and will partner internal data experts, the wider implementation team and consult our client directly.
The ideal candidate for this role, should have the following skill set;
- Extensive experience with Oracle Datawarehouse
- Experience with Dimension's IMW (Investment Management Warehouse)
- Asset Management experience
- Subject matter expert with strong understanding of technology and DWH principles such as Kimball data warehouse methodology.
- Solution design
- Delivery/implementation
- Systems integration/data migration projects experience
- Strong project focus in recent career with successful delivery of similar solutions across the full life cycle (including; requirements gathering, design, configuration/implementation, testing and release/initial support/training)
- Proven skill at partnering demanding clients (speaking/meeting directly, managing expectations across tight deadlines)
- Fluent Business Level English
