My Client is looking for a UX Designer with Researcher skills too.
The candidate will be expected to apply for and be capable of gaining SC security clearance. A minimum of BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) will be required to commence work.
Essential skills and experience
- researching diverse audiences
- working with designers and developers to create accessible digital services
- designing research plans to deliver user insights for service teams
- managing, executing and analysing usability test sessions
- Wireframing
- Prototyping
- Analysis and iteration
- working in an agile development environment with multi-disciplinary teams
- working across web content, tools and transactional services, especially those with complex user journeys
- GOV.UK and the Government Digital Service, and the service assessment
Nice-to-have skills and experience
- Previous experience of Public Sector business change
- Previous experience of successful collaborative working as part of a multi-supplier delivery team
- Previous experience of working within Scaled Agile
