SAP CRM Service Consultant
Recruit 121 has a freelance assignment for a SAP CRM Service consultant to join the team of its client in Dubai, United Arab Emirates for 15 months on a Full time basis. This is a contract position.

Minimum core attributes:
- End to end SAP CRM implementation experience with expertise in service business process (Service request management, complaints, case management)
- Experience of integrating SAP CRM with other third party apps for service, case management business process
- Client facing experience is must
- Exposure to Hybris data hub is preferred
- Experience of CRM Web UI Enhancements
- Exposure to integration experience with SAP Hybris is preferred
