For our Client we are looking for a looking for a Senior Consultant/Project Manager to assist in the Anchor Governance Accessing Solution.
Background
This project is part of the execution of the Accessing Solutions roadmap, which has been defined within the Accessing Solutions pre-study during January to May 2016. The overall roadmap aims at the improvement of the Accessing Solutions capabilities within the Digital Workplace.
To establish a good structure, existing governance forums and governance processes should be utilized where appropriate. In cases where a major change, for example, in new technology and processes are introduced, new and adjusted structural components need to be identified, developed and established.
The recommended approach to set the governance structure for accessing solutions is create to a governance Matrix. With governance processes in one dimension and governance forums in another dimension. The third dimension needed is a well thought through RACI-structure that needs to be developed and implemented along with the governance forums and processes to make sure there are clear connections between the process and forum dimensions. Governance is continuous work so the structure needs to be updated and adapted when needed to maintain a solid structure along with the change journey, to ensure support of desired outcome.
Statement of Assignment/Tasks - The scope of the consultant services is to assist IKEA in: Pre-study leader.
The main tasks in the assignment will be/a day at work will look like:
Secure the successful delivery of the scope of the pre-study.
Requirements:
Knowledge
Project management, Stakeholder management, Information management, ITSM and Process management.
Experience in
ITSM and process management. Organizational and transformation background.
Other
IKEA experience is mandatory for this position
