KONDOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER FREELANCE BUDAPEST - UP TO 400/DAY

You will be part of a growing team at our company; a leading provider of financial market software. We are seeking an experienced individual; you will be involved in the direct execution of this software and perform task linked with software engineering and consulting.

You must have:
- A minimum 4 years of experience on treasury systems IT projects with financial solutions software: system implementation, upgrade and customization of KONDOR (Murex and Calypso experience is a bonus)
- Experience with Kondor components: APIs, STP, extension, Real Time data gateway; full life cycle implementation experience (Technical installation of products/Environment setup/Training/Technical Testing Support/UAT support/Documentation/Go-live support
- Strong knowledge of Scripting and other programming languages (Shell, Perl, Java, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of database management systems (Sybase and Microsoft) and SQL Scripting Working knowledge of operating systems (Oracle Solaris, RHEL and Windows)
- Working knowledge of web application containers and technologies (Tomcat, HTML5, etc.)
- Good quality in writing technical documentation as requirements and specifications
- Business understanding: front, risk and Back Office area, financial products
- Experience with various ETL solutions is considered a plus
Your Role:
- Undertake all technical aspects of PS projects and engagements; install, upgrade, migrate & integrate designated 3rd party products ensuring global consistency of deployment across the region.
- Liaise with the client, Business Consultants, Project Managers and Sales and Solution Consulting to analyse, determine and document the customer's technical & integration requirements, understand the client's conversion, go-live and rollout strategies and ensure that the solution meets the client's technical requirements.
- Provide technical support through the project life cycle: technical troubleshooting, issues management and tracking through to completion.
Note you need to be fluent in spoken and written English. European language is a bonus.
Salary is up to 400/DAY
