We're looking for a Senior Project Leader to assist in the Tax invoicing.
Background
Our Client is currently working to become a true Multi-channel Retailer. To enable this road map, a lot of changes are needed in the companies Retail landscape. Currently, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager, which relevant experience in Finance and Tax, to coordinate the Pre-study and implementation of a Global Invoicing solution.
Statement of Assignment/Tasks - The scope of the consultant services is to assist in:
Project Management
The main tasks in the assignment will be/a day at work will look like:
- Plan, organise and execute projects according to the company decision model and applicable delivery methodology.
- Manage dependencies and interfaces between projects and line organisation.
- Manage time, cost, scope and quality:
- Define and sequence activities, estimate duration, develop schedule, control progress.
- Resource planning, estimate costs, set and control budget.
- Define, verify and perform change control plan, assure and control quality.
- Lead and secure a competent and high performing project team:
- Design appropriate project organisation.
- Recruit project competence.
- Develop the team to perform well together.
- Manage communication by planning and distributing relevant information to stakeholders.
- Perform project reporting.
- Identify, mitigate, monitor and control risks.
- Manage procurement and vendor relations within project with support from internal purchasing organisation and follow up on performance and deliveries from vendor.
- Manage stakeholders by identifying stakeholders, planning for stakeholder management and following up on engagement.
- Manage change by supporting stakeholders in preparing receiving organisations, learning and communication activities
Requirements:
Knowledge
Retail System knowledge (Isell, SAMS, MHS, )
Project management
Managing Pre-study and Projects according to PPS method
Stakeholder management
IT Knowledge and Leading IT Projects
Experience in
Extensive knowledge of project management processes including methods and tools; scope, time, cost, risk, quality, communication, procurement and how to integrate these processes.
Extensive knowledge of managing and lea ding teams and stakeholders.
Good knowledge of change management methods and tools.
Good understanding of business processes, strategic target landscape .
Good understanding of Information Technology and relevant production models.

ASAP, with some flexibility.
Project end date:
with option to extend.
Total hours:
1760. There is no expectation of overtime or on-call work.
The primary working site(s) will be:
Helsingborg
There is some possibility for remote/off-site work.
There is some travel required outside the primary working site(s).
