What will I be doing as an Senior Project Coordinator?
- Managing project resulting in all employees have 1 computer and 1 mobile device globally.
- Communicating out to employees asking them to return their second or third computers.
- Tracking the contacts and responses and ensure hardware is returned.
- Reporting back on a weekly basis.
What do I need to get this job?
- Previous similar experience in a large international work environment is preferred.
- Highly organised and very strong at tracking processes.
- Previous reporting experience.
- Good Excel and Word mail merges skills.
- Business fluency in English
