IBM i Power 7 - AS400, Cobol, CLP, RPG, DB2, OS: V7R1,
An ITIL certification would be an advantage
Main responsibilities
* Accompany and monitor support teams in Nearshore (Morocco)
* When critical incidents in production: identify, analyze and potentially correct technical causes.
* In case of recurring incidents: design and implement circumvention tools (pending fixes)
* Carry out technical analysis in the monitoring process problems (ITIL).
* Design, implement and test tools to simplify and improve the application support
