Job Description:
- Apple platforms-specifically macOS
- End User technologies and a good understanding of IT infrastructure and Back End systems
- Exposure to Mobile Device Management (MDM) - in the best case including Apple specific implementations
- ITIL Service Design
- Experience in Process Design and Implementation
- Technology community support models
- Good understanding with System and process automation concepts
- Excellent documentation and presentation skills
